Reflexión y retroalimentación en el diario de una futura profesora

Resumen

En este estudio se analizaron las modalidades de retroalimentación proporcionadas por una tutora a una estudiante de profesorado en Química en relación con los niveles de reflexión alcanzados en la elaboración de un diario previo y posterior a la observación de una clase de fisicoquímica. Se llevó a cabo un estudio de caso desde un enfoque interpretativo. Las retroalimentaciones se categorizaron en factual, metacognitivo, motivacional, orientador y pensamiento crítico; mientras que las reflexiones se categorizaron en base a los niveles prereflexión, superficial, pedagógico y crítico. En el diario previo, la tutora brindó sugerencias para que la estudiante contextualice sus conocimientos didácticos, pero las respuestas se mantuvieron en un nivel prereflexivo descriptivo. En el diario posobservación la tutora priorizó preguntas fácticas sobre eventos de la clase, mientras la estudiante respondió describiendo acciones concretas. Las modalidades de retroalimentación más frecuentes fueron pedir aclaraciones e inferencias a partir de respuestas de alumnos. Si bien se evidenció progreso, la estudiante no logró alcanzar los niveles pedagógico o crítico de reflexión, limitándose a descripciones fácticas tanto en expectativas previas como en la observación. Las retroalimentaciones no orientaron a la estudiante hacia niveles superiores de reflexión.
