To the research group Innovation Center for Development in Software Engineering, CIDLIS, it’s a pleasure to share with you this new edition of our journal called, Informatics Technology Management -GTI-, in which, are presented works of high academic and scientific research level. The Journal of Informatics Technology Management maintains the philosophy of dissemination of the different advances in research and development in areas such as, Software Engineering, Project Management, Process Quality, Technology Management and a variety of topics related to Electronic Engineering.
