RESUMEN

Este artículo titulado: "¿Qué es la pedagogía? los desafíos del maestro para hacer de este saber el fundamento y proyección de su quehacer", analiza en primer lugar, el recorrido histórico y epistemológico de la pedagogía; en segundo lugar, presenta las dificultades que el maestro afronta para hacer de la pedagogía, una ciencia, que potencie y consolide su labor y por último de que manera estos obstáculos pueden convertirse en desafíos para que el educador transforme su mundo y contribuya a mejorar el mundo de los otros, los educandos.

ABSTRACT

This published article: ¿what is pedagogy? The challenges of the master to find about the reason and projection of his chores" in the first place, analyze the historical way and epistemological in the pedagogy; in the second place, this presents the troubles that teacher confronts to make of his pedagogy, a powerful science of his task and lastly, someway, these obstacles can become in challenges so that a teacher changes his world and he can improve the others: the students.
