Abstract

This communication is a contribution to the analysis of Juntas de Gobierno that they emerged in America as a consequence of the collapse of Spanish monarchy, and his referential coordinate is the experience of the Peru, where precisely the juntas did not set up, highlighting the politic paper that the native population played in that context. Proposed exercise is one practice heuristic search finding in the exception the key of what ordinary.
