Notas sobre la historiografía de la transición de las familias de poder en el Caribe colombiano

Abstract

The purpose of this article, more than to make an analysis of the literature that recently has taken place around the process of independence, it is the one of getting the attention about the necessity of analyzing a field that is almost unexplored in the Caribbean region and that it will allow to arrive to a wide understanding of their social complexity. Such a field is the one that has focused its look in the process of transition of the families of power in the Colombian Caribbean.
