Abstract

This article attempts to understand the various responses developed by the elite of Pamplona, in 1810, before the crisis of the Spanish monarchy, in the light of the half-power relations constructed from family ties with the intention of maintaining its remarkable group status. Therefore, this initial approach has been chosen to reconstruct the social networks of individuals who controlled the institution of the cabildo at that time because the council is seen as the joint space and staging of interest and not solely as a formal institution management Justice and Government, which would deny the opportunity to understand the political-economic dynamics of social actors. Keywords: Cabildo, elite, Pamplona, bsocial networks of power.
