ALQUIMIA UN CONJUNTO DE REACCIONES NUCLEARES NATURALES QUE PODRÍAN CONDUCIR A LA CREACIÓN DE LOS ELEMENTOS SÚPER-PESADOS

Resumen

Se trata de resolver científicamente el problema de la alquimia. Se llegó a definir sin ambigüedades la identidad de los minerales usados por los alquimistas. Se hizo un cálculo aproximado de la reactividad nuclear de la mezcla alquímica; y se realizó un experimento muy similar al experimento alquímico clásico: se observó un aumento regular de la actividad gama, y se notó emisiones muy intensas de neutrones. Curiosamente se observó que la reactividad nuclear de la mezcla alquímica depende muy estrechamente de las condiciones experimentales.

Summary

It is suspected that Alchemy could be a very realistic problem and that its solution will lead us to discover a new property of a natural mixture. It is proved that alchemists used Pitchblende and Fluorite to carry out, in very precise natural conditions, an experiment that should produce an unknown fluoride of super-heavy element. Some calculations show that such a nuclear natural mixtures should be very rective: an experiment realized with 120 g of pure pitchblende showed an abnormal nuclear activity: high neutron flux were emitted by the secondary mixture. A few experiments are necessary to resolve the Alchemy problem.
