Abstract

This article presents a theoretical approximation to the work Historia Calamitatum of the French philosopher and theologian Pedro Abelardo. It is considered to be aspects of ethics of the intention in relation by life, morality, philosophy, theology, religion and culture in general of the medieval 12th century, historical horizon where there is located the loving, passionless and spiritual episode of the famous prominent figures Abelardo and Eloísa.
