Abstract
This paper problematizes some of the central concepts of the notion of justice as fairness of John Rawls from the perspective of a philosophy of the difference. The feminist position of Iris Marion Young, next to some developments of Zigmunt Bauman and Emmanuel Levinas highlighted the difficulty of accepting a notion of justice without questioning the relevance of the recognition of the difference or the otherness. The paper, instead of presenting lottering a proposal for this problem, shows the itinerary of the question that inspires the reflection from these concepts.
