Abstract
This paper intends to show how its delineated the phenomenon of the "discourse" according to the concept offered by Heidegger in the first section of Being and time. To this end, each one of the discourse's constitutive moments are interpreted in their precise sense. Then it's shown how these moments conform, in the facticity, an interconnected structure. On that basis, it's clarified which are the ontological structures that found such moments. With this becomes clear that, in a particular way, the discourse itself it's fundament of its constitutive moments. This makes necessary to postulate two levels in the discourse, one unitary-fundamental, and other, founded in this, partial-derived.
