Abstract
This article investigates the development, in the philosophy of Lukács, of a phenomenological approach to the evolution of the historical consciousness, which allowed him to explain various contemporary phenomena such as the alienation of the consciousness in advanced capitalism. It describes the complementation that Lukács made of this perspective, with a further systematization of the ontological categories of labor.
