Abstract

This article proposes a methodology to calculate the sustainable added value of the processes (SVA) that form a supply chain (CS), through a comprehensive indicator. The methodology consists of six steps and uses as methods the Life Cycle Analysis and the methods of Diakoulaki and Saaty, based on multiple criteria. When applied to a CS of electromechanical products, it was possible to obtain the SVA of each process and with it the value that each one contributes to the economic and environmental dimensions of sustainability. These results demonstrate the novelty and feasibility of applying the developed methodology and its differences with other existing ones in the specialized literature.
