Abstract

It is presented the partials results of an early uterine cancer detection based on electrical impedance spectrum. It is analyzed the incidence area of a tetrapolar probe using a finite element model (FEM). The tetrapolar probe was proposed by Dr Brian Brown, Sheffield University, UK. This probe was used to study electrical properties of human tissues In-Vivo.

It was found the incidence area equal to the transversal probe area. This suggests a correlation between the histopatologic study of tissue below the tetrapolar probe.
