Abstract
This paper shows a description about UPV and TCQSM methods, developed to determinate quality and service level in urban collective public transit by bus, in order to provide a framework which permits to make a comparison of these two (2) methods to obtain the compatibility degree among formulated scales of service level. As a result of this research, this paper presents contributions of analyzed methods to measure service quality of urban collective public transit by bus.
