Recognize and rescue memory of cultural heritage in vereda Olarte, through oral tradition

Abstract

This document is the result of an ethnography research developed in the Ced Rural Olarte School, located in Usme Bogotá, D.C. This study had views the culture inheritance on three categories: Immaterial cultural heritage, Natural heritage, and Building heritage. We had adopted a qualitative view because it help us to access to the symbolism universe, the knowledge traditions and customs income the country heritage in Olarte context.

On this sense, the research considered the age old and country people like very important and necessary actors to forming the heritage memories, for that reason the information was obtained through interviews, participant observations, field notes, by CEDRO students participation .Besides this, it purpose to make the inventory Of natural and cultural heritage in the Olarte context, like a design as an option to rescue and preserve the heritage.
