Music, oral history and memory in the teacher training processes

Abstract

Shared experience, systematized through interviews, intends to reveal the impact of the use of music as a tool to strengthen the teaching - learning process of the called Contemporary Societies for in training teachers, emphasizing that in the process, not only cognitive but subjective elements intervene, such as emotions, evocations that build up individual memory and, in turn, the collective one, because subjects are found as such on shared experiences. Therewith, this systematization evidences what is necessary to revalue pedagogic and didactic processes performed in higher education.
