Life history. Three decades of academic and administrative work at UNAN- Managua

Abstract

This research highlights the life story of a teacher of the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, UNAN-Managua, aims to share his work, academic and research experiences to awaken in professionals in training that spirit of entrepreneurship and perseverance. The narrative is impregnated with resilience and a desire for personal and professional improvement. It tells the story of his birth, the beginning of his primary, secondary and higher education studies, until he became a research professor in this institution, which has been a school that has allowed him to put into practice the knowledge acquired in his academic training. The story also describes the national and international context of the 1970s and the experiences of the 1980s and 1990s, as well as the university community's participation in the struggle for 6%. The story closes with a description of his academic experience as a trainer of trainers at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels. But, above all, the background of the plot is, first, to thank God for giving him the opportunity to develop as a professional, and second, to thank this university.
