Approximation to the differential approach of rights: displaced population greater adult

Abstract

The forced displacement is one of the social problems that require great efforts and requires a commitment on the part of the State and civil society in general. The present paper focuses on the public policy directed to the displaced population in condition older adult. For such effects is done an analysis taking as a central axis of reference the restoration of their rights from the perspective of a differential approach. Consequently, the goal of this article is to show the need for the implementation of public policies at the municipal level directed to this population.
