Abstract
The purpose of the article is to show from game theory that the principle of fiscal sustainability directly affects the social demands that are made to the Colombian State; therefore they fall into a cycle of conflict (violence), particularly for human rights. Besides the state as main actor, plays with the strategy of using fiscal sustainability to contain the demands of citizens.
The development of the article in question, is given as a first step to know the background of the principle of fiscal sustainability, then as human rights with the principle of fiscal sustainability are affected, and finally, using game theory, the behavior described between the state and society, where you can observe players, strategies and payments.
The investigation found that the strategy of fiscal sustainability by the Colombian state, is strongly dominant against the strategy of community demand, although always the State is the winner in the game, produce an effect of revenge and dissatisfaction with not compensate the needs of the community. Hence the importance of asking about the relationship of the principle of fiscal sustainability with human rights.
