Abstract

In his latest book, Carlos Martínez Sarasola, deepens his research on Argentina’s indigenous worldview gathering information from his years as a researcher, within the framework of the processes of re-ethnification and spirituality emerging today. Throughout the work, it is possible to signalize some different issues: historical overview of the indigenous communities of Argentina to the present, their struggle and demands, his critical position over the state as generator of the Indian image in history and the legal framework that gives the Argentine state to the indigenous communities.
