Abstract

In the search for competitiveness companies have come to the area of Operations Management that offers multiple opportunities if managed properly. The scheduling of operations poses major challenges given its inherent complexity, so extensive efforts have been devoted to finding solutions from a variety of perspectives, which have meant the development of a range of analytical techniques. This article discusses the deterministic operations programming for the specific case of the Workshop, using the modeling through the entire Mixed Linear Programming and optimizing the efficiency measure of the Output Moment of the last part of the workshop.
