Abstract

This research is aiming for the continuous improvement ofdevelopment process on EducationalHipermedia Systems by interpreting, adapting and the application of the ISO SPICE standard("Software Process Improvementand Capability Determination 'j[6]The model described considers all software development process phases [12J and its lije cycle isusing the prototyping and incremental approaches, besides it is using rigorous techniques forsoftware construction supported by UML(Ullified Model Language}[IIJ and its extensiolls. Thismodel is supported by the constructivists pedagogical theories of cognitive flexibility fromSpiro[21] and Feltovich[8]. and the advantages ofhypermedia and hypertext in education.
