The testimonial account: voices of the aesthetic experiences of empowerment in children, youth and adults of the Center for Cultural Expression of Usme

Abstract

This dissertation begins with an investigation in the field of Communication-Education, which investigates the aesthetic experiences of empowerment of three families who participate in the Center for Cultural Expression of Usme, in the period from 1998 to 2018. The testimony is the source to retrieve voices of the historical memory of various subjects and social organizations.

Based on this initiative, the objective has been to reconstruct the generational biographical perspective of the participating families, based on the testimonies and evidence of the dance and music workshops that have been held there. Then, recognize your empowerment processes based on your relationship with the environment.
