From readings to collective production. Writings from critical and socio-subjective reflection towards an innovative sentipensar in Social Science. A South-Patagonian approach

Abstract

In this paper we critically review our significant milestones to incorporate a new look at the subjects in the territory and the processes of knowledge around their realities. Everyday life itself acquires epistemic relevance and it is at stake when thinking about our own research trajectories and methods to build knowledge. We shared experiences, pains, joys, frustrations and, during the process, we delved into the manner they impacted our way of understanding the world. We seek to "enter into dialogue" with little noticed aspects in the academic field marked by the logics of production and strongly academic reproduction. To this end, the following emerging axes were taken into account in the dialogue: a) Readings; that accompanied us early b) Emphasis on difference because we perceive ourselves different as well as we can notice particular ways of being-in-the-world; c) Support because there were many "others" who provided us "parts of themselves" to encourage us forward; d) Different considerations of constructing professional roles, since our experiences challenge us to build new forms of action due to the complexity of our Latin-American contexts; e) Our way of connecting with research as a situated practice.
