Abstract

This article analyses the philosophical procedure of Gilles Deleuze and distinguishes it from hermeneutics. The first aspect is to comprehend the idea of a pedagogy of concept in Gilles Deleuze. This concept can be found in the book What is philosophy?, but can also be traced back to earlier works of Deleuze under disguised formulations. The second aspect examine is how this particular conception is opposed basic principles of hermeneutics. Although this is not a discussion with a particular author, it establishes the basic argumentation to comprehend why Deleuze is not hermeneutical.
