Abstract
Laughter, an essential complement in the patien'ts recovery.Laughter as an essential component of communication and expression of humanemotions, has been an element of interest instudies that seek to interpret the benefitsthat have the same health, therefore, we review the matter with the to analyzethedifferent effects of laughter therapy on health and its importance in the implementation as adjunctive therapy in thehospital environment, being an essential component in the recovery of the individual both in health and in the psychosocialaspect, reducingstress generated by the hospital environment not only in the pediatric population but also in the adult.
