Abstract

In the learning processes of Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia (IPRED), digital strategies are taken into account for the strengthening of skills through Virtual Learning Objects (VLO). These skills correspond to the transformation of animal products in relation to the raw milk quality and lab samples analysis. This VLO has the purpose of explaining students the general aspects of milk and apply tests in the platform and in the lab.
