Abstract

The purpose of the development of the Virtual Learning Object (VLO): Organizational Communication - Intracommunication is that fourth semester students of the Tecnología Empresarial program in the Internal Communication Management course and Criminalistics Management assimilate the concepts and importance of organizational communication and can have a renewed vision about intracommunication or internal communication, so that it can be valued as an asset, something essential in business management.
