Abstract
This training strategy explores a series of web 2.0 tools that allow innovation in the curricular process of basic primary education. These processes are focused on the flexibility of learning, along with continuous support mediated by appropriate ICTs, which constitute an ecosystem educational technology that responds to the reality of the educational context of the region.
