Abstract

This degree work sets out some aspects that are essential when it comes to exercise our mission as educators of future professionals. The University must promote the social use of the knowledge that creates and develops, as it is a community, parent institution conservation and Exchange, which has as one of its functions contribute to the world of work and the urgent development of new forms and methods of production, development and preservation of culture, the modernization of the State and the Administration in general, to the conquest of democracy interests arise and conflicts take in an atmosphere of cordiality. If the teacher is dedicated only to their discipline, without taking into account what he thinks the student, their needs and expectations, it will simply be a transmitter of knowledge, which little will enrich the student as a human being. Natural is for each person to develop personal identity, integrally grow inside his body with his mind and emotions, in a commitment to personal and social responsibility and co-responsibility. Monitor and evaluate the educational management of the institution allow, strengthen the comprehensive development, the work stands in theoretical argumentation of concepts concerning responsibility and ethics, and the work which is done through the construction of a curriculum, a few plans and through the analysis of different models proposed by other authors. It seeks to establish an enterprise culture that favors the incorporation of ethics and the return of moral behavior based on individually established principles, this work provides a new form of social action based on the approach and the achievement of the objectives of the institution.
