Abstract
The university as a pledged of the integral education approves and supports the establishment of seedlings of research, as a response to look for scientific and technological resources towards social transformation by the Colombian state. , as well as, in favor of the development of the different dimensions of the human being and also its intellectual, personal and group satisfaction. Its importance is fundamental since it allows significant learning, construction and reconstruction of knowledge to look for solutions of the social problems, of the surroundings and the inherent ones to the student’s professions. Their creation and repercussion not only depend on the teacher, but on the student, who is indeed the main axis of the seedlings. it depends on her/his motivation and dedication. For that reason, it is necessary to construct a pedagogy and organization of the seedlings, starting from the analysis of its current situation. thus, resulting in a higher number of new students enrolled to the seedlings and motivating those ones already integrated to continue tie beyond the predegree. Learning by projects combined to collaborative learning, allows students to manage, to generate, and to execute proposals of work and research aimed at the resolution of problems, taking into account the ethical principles and the social commitment of its discipline, and fortifies the process of formative investigation of the seedlings.
