Abstract
The implementation of a community of practice within the framework of the professional development processes at the UIS is described. The results identify the products and experiences obtained, the factors that intervened, and provide a set of guidelines to strengthen the community as a collaborative space for reflection and reconstruction of pedagogical practices with technologies.
